Excellent value place, helpful staff on reception desk. Magnificent views, handy location to the Cruise Terminal. And just next door to metro station, train station and port as well as the Red palace and Aquarium. Exceptionally comfortable beds in our king room.

its location was great and unbeatable and the staff were very kind people on reception desk. piazza principe district was worth visiting.

Sadly, but there was mould in some areas.

The rooms here are very large, with a full bathroom that gets cleaned daily and safety measures like smoke detectors, plus there's a bus stop nearby.

I had a comfortable bad. Sound isolation was very good. It was near one of the metro stations. Also the city center was very close (like 15 minutes walking distance).

The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

The location was wonderful and conveniently close to Dialogo nel Buio.

L'hotel è decisamente fatiscente. Molte acchie presenti sulla moquette dei corridoi e della camera. Nella camera il frigobar non era funzionante ed il problema non è stato risolto nonostante la mia segnalazione. Su 6 prese elettriche ne funzionavano solo 2. Il primo giorno ho utilizzato lo shampoo doccia e non mi è stato sostiruito, così la mattina del giorno successivo ho dovuto usarne uno che fortunetamente avevo di scorta. Insomma nel complesso sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo hotel cui, a mio parere, non viene fatta manutenzione da anni.

No lift to the 6/F. As we were placed at a corner room on the 6/F, the lift could only ride us up to the 5/F, and we had to carry our heavy bags to walk up.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being just a short walk away from the Cruise Terminal and the main port. It was also close to the metro station and train station, making it convenient for business travelers. the 24-hour reception was a great feature, especially for those arriving late or leaving early. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and bed linen provided every two days. the Smart TV with Netflix was a nice touch for a relaxing evening in.

Felt very welcomed, no complaints at all.
